Venue rental$1,000 / day
Security / cleaning deposit$500
Rental terms
The one-day rental includes setup and dismantling. Use of the venue facilities and digital-key access are included. Take photos before and after, leave the space clean, and take all trash with you. Checkout must be complete by midnight on the rental date.
The $500 deposit is returned in full only when these conditions are met. It is not prorated: late checkout or failure to clean up and remove trash forfeits the full deposit. Restrictions may apply; confirm all arrangements before booking.
